“Bury Defence Academy is a grassroots, not for profit, Martial Arts and Boxing Club, run by the community for the community. We aim to develop and nurture the potential of the people of Bury through Amateur Sport. We work with partner organisations to divert young people away from Crime, improve health and well being and enhance community cohesion. As a charitable institution, any net surplus generated by the organisation is recycled back into the Academy to strengthen and expand our activities.
